Ingredients:
275g (10oz) Flour
1 tbs Cocoa powder
1 tsp Baking powder
200g (7oz) Sugar
50ml (3.5 tbs) Oil
2 tbs Coffee essence
100ml (6.5 tbs) Milk
50g (2oz) Dark chocolate chips
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F, Gas Mark 4). Grease and line a baking tray.
- Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into a large bowl. Add the sugar.
- Mix in the oil, coffee and milk until it all comes together.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough into balls, slightly smaller than golf balls.
- Bake in the oven for 12 - 15 minutes, or until the cookies are firm when you shake the tray.
- Leave to cool or enjoy.
